Finish:

Standard bare copper finish after copper plating. Boards are chemically cleaned with CU 56 chemistry compound to leave a clean, corrosion free surface. We recommend choosing a final finish such as Tin/Lead Solder or OSP coating to preserve the copper from oxidizing over time. Bare Copper (FREE):

Hot Air Solder Level (HASL): All exposed copper pads and circuits are metalized with standard Tin\Lead Solder finish. Good shelf life - solder may harden over time. Fast5Protos doesn't offer lead-free solder. We recommend using solder mask resist with solder finish. Solder (Tin/Lead) Finish (Non-RoHS):

Organic Solderability Preservative (OSP) is a thin organic coating deposited on the exposed copper. The coating preserves the solderability of the copper surface, while allowing it to be easily soldered without the need for removal. Excellent solderability is maintained through 3 to 5 I.R. soldering cycles. All exposed copper pads and circuits are covered. Shelf life is OK for 6 months. RoHS compliant finish. We recommend using with solder mask resist for extended use to protect circuits. OSP Finish (RoHS):
